2. Enrollment and Payment

 

2.1. All students must complete a registration form and provide accurate information.

2.2. Class fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course. Payment plans may be available upon request.

2.3. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

2.4. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of class cancellation by Sydney Tango Collective.

 

3. Class Policies

 

3.1. Students must arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

3.2. Sydney Tango Collective reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who disrupts the class or behaves inappropriately.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

 

4.1. Sydney Tango Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as necessary. In the event of a cancellation, students will be offered a full refund or a credit towards future classes.

4.2. Students who are enrolled in a membership plan may cancel their membership at any time. No refunds will be given for any paid fees.

 

5. Health and Safety

 

5.1. Students are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in any class.

5.2. Sydney Tango Collective is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or events. Participation is at your own risk.

5.3. All students must follow the health and safety guidelines provided by Sydney Tango Collective, including any measures related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns.

 

6. Code of Conduct

 

6.1. Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.

6.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1. All content provided by Sydney Tango Collective, including but not limited to choreography, teaching materials, and videos, is the intellectual property of Sydney Tango Collective.

7.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

 

8. Privacy Policy

 

8.1. Sydney Tango Collective collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9.2. By participating in our classes or events, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant Sydney Tango Collective the right to use these images or recordings for promotional purposes.

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
